Build • Create • Regulate

Build • Create • Regulate is a creative wellbeing space for neurodivergent adults, supported by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Come along to craft, draw, build, create or simply spend time in a welcoming space where you can take things at your own pace. There’s no pressure to be “good” at anything, finish a project or join every activity.

Sessions are designed around creativity, connection and regulation, with different resources and activities available to explore.

🌈 A space that works for everyone

We want Build • Create • Regulate to feel safe, respectful and welcoming for everyone who attends. We therefore have some simple group agreements around boundaries, respectful behaviour, confidentiality and keeping ourselves and others safe.

Everyone attending will be asked to read and agree to these before taking part.
