About your Discovery Day

Every setting has its own world, and the people within it experience that world differently. Build the Map is a practical Staff Discovery Day designed for teams who want to explore the Beyond the Rainbow Door™ approach and develop ways to better understand and support the people they work with. Together, we’ll explore the ideas behind the framework, look at what is already working in your setting, identify where things can feel tricky and begin developing practical tools and approaches that fit your team and the people you support. This isn’t one-size-fits-all training. It’s an opportunity to explore, ask questions, try ideas and begin creating a shared approach that can continue developing after the session. You’ll leave with greater understanding, practical ideas to begin using in your setting and clear next steps for continuing the journey.
